Cinnamon was introduced to Tanzania by Germans in the 1900's.

Luckily, Tanzania is one of the few countries worldwide that is suitable for the "True Cinnamon" or Ceylon Cinnamon as it is known which is a premium cinnamon with delicate sweeter flavor, pure quality and amazing health benefits. 

Most of the Cinnamon sold is "Cassia" which is a thicker bark but less flavorsome. 

Our Cinnamon Trees are in the Amani Forest's of Morogoro, an untouched paradise.
